Gd surgery but phoning may take hours as line always busy

Good, helpful doctors and ancillary staff.
There's a problem with some of the entrenched front-line staff. They are too long in a job that has left them bitter and seemly able to change behaviour/practice policy to suit them and their mood. This behaviour has provided barrier to care that have been damaging. I also have issues with a female Dr not reading my notes correctly (this could possibly be down to misinformation being passed along the chain of command or just mistake) and failing to issue correct medications as a result.. I'm not saying practice is rotten to the core but there are enough bad apples there to make it an unpleasant and worrying medical practice to deal with. this is a crying shame as some of the care I had revived there has been top notch.. unfortunately due to either a worryingly poor flow of information that lead to me being told "the practice doesn't do such and and such" - when they have done such for me recently and on many previous occasions - a tertiary reading of my notes lasting longer than 30seconds would have shown this and its a choice which apart from being laissez-faire on the part of the front line staff and the dr who apparently read my notes left me in severe pain for 4 days.. as a result I can no longer trust blaina medical practice to act in my best interests.
An amazing dental practice who are very good with my wife who is petrified of dentists, my family travel for over an hour each way for treatment there, what more can you say!
