I had a thorough examination and doctor explained possible causes of my problem and systematically delt with each, I was prescribed medication which solved my problem. So very happy with my treatment and the manner in which I was dealt with.Also mention staff at the reception were 1st class.
This place is a joke the only service you will get here is lazy service
No confidentiality and removed me from the practice because I requested that I had a letter sent to a different adreadd seems my time is spent in ebbw vale as I work there .. no communication and was told to ring back at a spasific time a conveniently the management was in a meeting .. waste of time ....
absolutely disgusting surgery the staff are rude never spoken to anyone so disrespectful, receptionist think they are qualified doctors. and basically tell you it's 'not their problem'. ring on the day appointments wait half hour to get through then they are all gone what if you become ill late morning you have to wait nearly 24hours to be allowed to try and make an appointment then it's not guaranteed. absolute joke. Aberbeeg surgery is just as bad you see a different doctor each time don't no Wether your coming or going. surgery was better when it was just Dr narrang in Aberbeeg always made sure you had an appointment and was seen no matter what the problem was. awful!! had to give one star because there's no option for a 0!
